Customer Service - Normal Office Hours
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma from of any field with minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Those with SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification with relevant years of work experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated and commission/target driven.
- Cool-tempered and good in rejection handling.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Self-competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Proven track record in a sales environment will be an added advantage.
- Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Independent and self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail.
