Responsibilities:
a) To be the primary responsible for monitoring the CyberTrack devices data connection time to ensure that the data are updated into the CyberTrack System;
b) To be the primary responsible for monitoring the CyberTrack devices exceptional events to carry out the necessary action to ensure that the problem are being rectified within the shortest time frame;
c) To be the primary responsible for corresponding with the Technician to ensure that the Services and features Subscribed by the customer are fully functioning after the new installation and maintenance;
d) To be the primary responsible for corresponding with customer for any incoming calls, fax, email from the customers;
e) To update the CyberTrack information from time to time;
f) To update the transaction information and documentation filling for Customer Service activities;
g) To ensure that outstanding issues are being well inform with proper documentation pass to others person in charge to carry out the duty;
h) To carry out specific duties as may be instructed or delegated by senior management from time to time; and
i) Your job designation may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the management.
Requirements:
· Minimum fresh graduate or 1-year relevant working experience in the similar field
· Independent with good communications skills
· Candidate should be able to work 24 hours 7 days (Shift Rotation)
· Candidate should be Malaysian citizens
